NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Portland Housing Authority

Notice of Proposed Change to the:

Annual Agency Plan, Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), Capital Fund Program, and Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan (HCV Admin Plan)


The Portland Housing Authority (PHA) is announcing a public comment period for proposed changes to the PHA Administrative Plans. The purpose of the change is to align PHA Policies to better meet local housing needs, agency priorities, and incorporate regulatory changes.

PHA will receive written comments regarding the proposed changes during a 45-day public comment period to commence February 14, 2024, through March 30, 2024. All written comments are to be mailed or hand delivered to the following address:

The Portland Housing Authority will hold a Public Hearing via teleconference or in person at our March 7, 2024 Board Meeting, at 5:30PM. Members of the public are encouraged to attend the Public Hearing and provide public comments: 

The PHA Board of Commissioners will vote on the adoption of this policy on April 4, 2024.
