Section 3 Program
The Section 3 Program provides employment opportunities for residents and low income people in the City of Portland. Registration allows contractors to have access to available workforce skills in the area when new projects are planned or current projects in progress have needs that may lead to employment. Registered contractors can also list employment opportunities and post notices of such openings. There is no cost to register on the eProcurement site (Housing Agencies Marketplace) and all who qualify are encouraged to be part of the program.
