The Portland Housing Authority has drafted the Five-Year Agency Plan for the fiscal year period starting on July 1, 2021. The public review and comment period for the Five-Year Plan begins on February 12, 2020 and ends on Thursday, April 2, 2020 with a public hearing at 5:30 PM to be held online. Details and instructions will be made available prior to the meeting.
This includes the Administrative Plan, which regulates the administration of all Housing Choice Voucher Programs.
During this period, the draft Plan is available for review and comment at the PHA’s administrative offices located at 14 Baxter Blvd, and the site offices located at 2 Riverton Dr,; 21 Popham St,; 211 Cumberland Ave,; 284 Danforth St,; 577 Washington Ave.; and 81 East Oxford St. in Portland, Maine, as well as the Division of Housing and Neighborhood Services, in Portland City Hall, 389 Congress Street, room 312.
