Portland Housing Services Corporation

Purpose:

The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes as set forth in the Articles of Incorporation.

Mission:

Apply for and receive grants, subsidies, loan and other assistance from federal, state, local or nonprofit or charitable sources for the purpose of providing services, programs, referrals and coaching that assist low and moderate income individuals through educational, self-sufficiency, recreational and/or cultural programming that promotes economic advancement, social change, cross-cultural enrichment and /or civic engagement.
