Scholarship Resources

The Study Centers are a great place to go to get help with college applications, essays, and scholarships. They have computers, printers, scanners, and photocopiers as well as staff trained to assist you. Everyone is welcome!

The Portland Housing Authority Scholarship 


Applications are due May 15th each year. 

The PHA Scholarship competition is open now. More information is available here and in the application itself. Visit a PHA Study Center for support in applying. 

NERC/NAHRO Allan R. Andrews Scholarship Program


Applications are due May 7th, 2021. 

Please Contact Emily if you would like to apply . 
Applications need to be sent to PHA by April 30th to ensure we have time to write a letter of recommendation
