Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
The Portland Housing Authority’s provision of VASH, EHV, and FYI Vouchers are in collaboration with the Maine Continuum of Care (MCoC) which utilizes Maine’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). HMIS, is a shared database maintained by MaineHousing. HMIS allows authorized personnel at agencies serving homeless persons throughout Maine to enter, track, and report on information.
