If you're not signed up for PHA's News & Updates, we want to make sure you get a chance to share your thoughts on the changes PHA is thinking about for its policies and 5-year goals. Comments have to be sent before the April 3rd, 2025 meeting, or given at the meeting.

These policies affect your lease or voucher with PHA, as well as the "Capital Fund" money used to fix buildings in public housing. Your opinion on whether you like the changes or what you'd like to see instead is very important.

The goals are what PHA plans to work on over the next 5 years. What matters most to you, that you'd like PHA to work on? The board wants to hear your thoughts!

Portland Housing Authority (PHA)

PHA invites the public to review and comment on proposed changes to the Five-Year Plan (2025-2030), Annual Agency Plan Update 2025, which includes updates to PHA Capital Fund Program, Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan (HCV Admin Plan), & Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP).

These PHA Plans outline administrative policies, funding priorities, and program improvements for Public Housing and Housing Choice Vouchers. They include policy updates, financial planning, capital projects, and compliance with fair housing laws.

The draft Plans will be available for public review and comment from February 7, 2025, to April 3, 2025, at the following locations:

This information will also be posted at all PHA Administrative Sites.

PHA invites residents, participants, and stakeholders to provide input on PHA Plans. Feedback can be shared in the following ways:
