Notice of Proposed Changes to the Portland Housing Authority (PHA) Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan & The Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP)

PHA is announcing a public comment period for a proposed change to the PHA Administrative Plan. The purpose of the change is to align PHA Policies with their contractual obligation with city or state funding streams and to support public housing projects. 

Written Comments

PHA will receive written comments regarding the proposed changes during a 45-day public comment period to commence February 13,2023 through March 30,2023. All written comments are to be mailed, emailed or hand delivered to the following address:
