The Portland Housing Authority has drafted its 2018 Annual Agency Plan and Capital Fund Program for the period beginning July 1, 2018. The public review and comment period for the Annual Plan begins on February 13, 2018 and will end on March 28, 2018 with a public hearing at 5:30 PM at the PHA Offices at 14 Baxter Blvd, Portland, Maine. During this period, the draft Plan and Capital Program are available for review and comment at the PHA’s administrative offices located at 14 Baxter Boulevard, and its Property Management Offices at the following locations: 2 Riverton Drive, 21 Popham Street, 211 Cumberland Avenue, 284 Danforth Street, 577 Washington Avenue, and 81 East Oxford Street, in Portland, Maine. Copy of the draft is also available at the Division of Housing and Neighborhood Services, in Portland City Hall, 389 Congress St, Rm 312. Electronic copy of the PHA Draft Plan can also be accessed online.
