If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, or let us know you aren’t feeling well, PHA staff will be asking you to leave and to call us to reschedule any appointments. Please do not come to the office or front desk to reschedule. We ask you to call from home to reschedule. If you are going to miss a deadline or due date for rent, PHA will make an accommodation as long as the resident has notified the office the reason they cannot make the deadline is due to not feeling well.
